Why We're Different From a Garage
A standard garage reads a code and swaps a part. We're auto electricians — we use the manufacturer's own software, follow the factory test plan and code every replacement to spec. That's a different job.
Dealer-level tooling, not generic scanners
Most garages own a generic OBD scanner that reads engine codes and little else. We use the manufacturer's own software — FDRS, ISTA, SDD, ODIS, XENTRY and more — so we can read, code and program every module on the car, not just the engine.
Diagnosis, not just a code read
A fault code points at a circuit; it rarely names the part that's failed. We follow the manufacturer's test plan, compare live data against known-good values and test components before condemning anything. That's the difference between a scan and a diagnosis.
A network of specialist tooling
No single tool covers everything. Alongside the dealer software we run a wider network of specialist tooling — oscilloscopes, load testers, coding suites and platform-specific kits — so we can take a fault further than a standard workshop can.
Coding and programming done properly
When a module is replaced it has to be coded, adapted and security-linked to the car. We carry that out to factory procedures, so the new part actually works — rather than fitting it and hoping.
Specialist focus, not a generalist garage
We're auto electricians first. Diagnostics, electrics, modules and coding is all we do — so a fault that has defeated other garages is exactly the kind of work we take on.
